My client is a digital agency based in Central London who are looking for an In-House Recruiter to join their business due to an internal movement. You will be managing roles across the UK remit, as well as Germany. Experience recruiting in these locations is a must! You will predominantly be focussing on account management roles, so experience recruiting in the creative space is also key.

The Recruiter will work to attract, source and interview the highest quality talent to work in the organisation. Utilising different recruitment and attraction tools to build up talent pipelines will be key to success. The ability to identify the high calibre candidates across all levels also vital. Screening and interviewing for competencies is an essential part of the role. The role holder will be a specialist in identifying best fit candidates for the company and be experienced in high volume recruitment.

You will be there to support the growth of the business and be a true partner to the business. They will offer you the opportunity to put your stamp on things and develop your own strategy.

Main responsibilities

Ability to review entire recruitment strategy with a focus on continuous improvement.

Manage the full recruitment life-cycle through to on-boarding

Accurate data reporting, and leverage of data analytics to drive labour force planning and recruitment and sourcing decisions.

Experience and knowledge of how to use a number of different sourcing platforms, including job boards, social media, and referral schemes to drive a direct recruitment strategy.

Partner with wider team to improve processes and improve service to the business

Contribution to continuous development in recruitment, able to review current process and suggest and implement improvements.

Key Competencies

Experienced in-house recruiter, with ability to source and attract great candidates for both customer service and managerial roles.

Previous EMEA experience including Germany and Bristol
