Role: Junior HR Business PartnerPermanentSalary: GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 dependent on experienceLocation: West London My client, an international and growing Fintech business are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join them in their West London office. You will be joining a newly created team and will have the opportunity to take ownership of certain areas across HR. The HR function pride themselves on being strategic business partners who are there to help drive the company's success.This Business Partner will be responsible for driving people programmes that have a direct impact on the business and will partner closely with the other BP's and stakeholders. It will be a mixture of operational responsibility relating to ER and performance management, as well as a focus on projects and change management.Duties will include:Provide advice to Line Managers on disciplines across HRWorking with Mangers to create plans to drive engagement across the businessReview and analyse business metrics including retention and employee experiencesCollaborating with BP's and other stakeholders to assist in the development and delivery of the People Strategy aligned with business objectivesAssisting the BP's with various projects, including performance processes and annual reviewsSupporting the implementation and development of the HR online systemsThis is the perfect role for someone in a similar position, or working as a Senior HR Advisor who is looking for a step up.
