Talent Development Manager
West Midlands

A leading manufacturing organisation is seeking a highly engaging and capable Talent Development Manager to shape the development agenda throughout the organisation.

Working in this business critical role you will be responsible for leading an established Talent team ensuring business goals are met through the delivery of a range of talent development interventions.

In this role you will work closely with external partners to guarantee business relevant solutions are delivered; manage the budget; diagnose business needs; and take ownership of the LMS to ensure it is fully utilised to allow easy access to learning solutions for all.

Internally you will work closely with members of Management in order to understand skills gaps to allow the creation of suitable interventions to address this.

To be considered for this role you must be:

CIPD qualified (or equivalent);
Experienced in providing a partnering service to a Management team, educating them in terms of the value Talent Development can have within an organisation;
Up to date knowledge of the latest developments from a learning perspective.
