HR Business Partner
An opportunity to develop and scope out a HR Business Partner position from a generalist role after a significant period of change for the organisation. A unionised manufacturing business with its main site in Bradford, this organisation is a market leader that is always looking for innovative ways to stay ahead of the competition and therefore needs a HR Business Partner that has the same drive and ambition.
As one of the site HR Business Partners you will be the 'go to' person for all HR matters for your stakeholder groups which will include Health & Safety and some commercial functions including finance. Strategic HR projects will also be a significant and very interesting part of this role.
This role reports in to the Site HR Manager and will offer a clear career progression plan within the organisation for the successful candidate.
The successful HR Business Partner will have:
- worked in a unionised manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
- strong stakeholder management skills - ESSENTIAL
- partnered with Board level stakeholders in the past - ESSENTIAL
- excellent written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL
- the CIPD qualification or equivalent - DESIRABLE
