HR Business Partner
Reporting to the HR Director you will provide operational and strategic HR support to the business.
Our client is a well established and growing business based in Kent. This role sits within their small and friendly HR team and will offer the successful candidate a varied and busy role with great exposure within the organisation.
As HR Business Partner you will report into the HR Director and will provide support and guidance to managers and staff. This will involve managing employee relations cases such as disciplinaries and grievances and providing guidance on process and employment law to ensure managers follow best practice.
In addition you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process and also working with managers to identify skills gaps and training requirements in order to maintain a flow of talent within the business.
You will also continually review policies and procedures to ensure that they reflect any changes in legislation and will ensure that the changes are communicated to the business.
This will be a varied role where you will be required to manage the operational aspects of HR but also to support the business more strategically to ensure HR is continually working to support the business' goals.
In order to be considered for this role you will have a strong generalist background with a focus on Employee Relations and recruitment. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to think strategically and commercially, understanding the needs of the business and ensuring HR is supporting this where ever possible.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and will have worked at a similar level in a previous role.
Basis salary - £40,000
