Your new role
You will be supporting a highly successful Graduate Development programme working on rotation management, ER and performance management, compensation review and the Generalist HR remit for the graduate population within the IB arm of the business. The programme is a 12 month rotation scheme which will see over 100 graduates join the business - the plan is to increase this to 200 the following year. You will be part of the success and further growth of the programme and those who are going through it as well as developing the role as you see fit.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked with a graduate population in a generalist capacity before, preferably within an FS or regulated environment. Successful applicants will have a strong working knowledge of the graduate recruitment landscape and will have excellent ER skills. A degree is preferred.
