My client, a global Legal Consultancy are currently seeking a tenacious, degree educated and high preforming Resourcing Advisor to join their HQ London offices. The main purpose of the Resourcing Advisor is to support the Recruitment Manager in providing the best possible service to lawyers throughout the recruitment and engagement process. Duties to include; Helping to select the best people for short term and long-term needs while responsibly managing the expectations of lawyers.Working with the team to ensure applications are processed quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards when dealing with potential joiners.Proactively managing existing talent pools and working with the recruitment and engagement management teams.Making use of LinkedIn and other online tools to monitor the flexible legal services market.Building pipelines of prospective lawyers for future needs.Engaging with suitable lawyers listed in online databases.Compiling key metrics and reports on recruitment data each month to steer performance against budget.Supporting strategic recruitment projects such as marketing campaigns, and events. This would be an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to move away from agency in to an inhouse role, wanting to step away from sales, and in to consultancy environment.
