Our client is a global, consumer driven organisation and a market leader in its field. With family being at the heart of what they do, our client is now looking for a site HR lead to be an integral team player and help move the business forward and upwards through significant change.

As Site HR Lead, you will operate with a remit covering a key member of the leadership team, moving this business forward from an HR perspective but also from a business perspective. 

The successful candidate will be key to delivering all strategic and operational elements of HR, be involved in wider manufacturing projects and deliver a significant change and modernisation programme, ensuring the effective development and implementation of key people initiatives to attain business goals, through an engaged and service led workforce.

Sector experience is important for this role and so experience working in either manufacturing or FMCG is essential. In terms of technical HR knowledge, you are already a trusted HR Business Partner with a history of working in large complex unionised blue-chip organisations where your IR expertise has been critical to its success and smooth running. 

You are an exceptional relationship builder, with a proven track record of influencing. You have a proactive and collaborative style, and most essentially the ability to be hands-on, to deliver operational requirements, as well as utilising your knowledge of improving the service proposition.
