Our client is a global, consumer driven organisation and a market leader in its field. With family being at the heart of what they do, our client is now looking to recruit several HR Business Partners to support the senior HR team and help move the business forward and upwards through significant change.
Reporting to the site HR Lead and acting as an Operational HRBP to the business, you’ll be supporting senior leaders as they deliver on their strategy. You’ll be constantly reviewing the people plan, contributing to its development and making sure that the HR team offer the right level of support, challenge and guidance to the organisation.
What our client is looking for in this appointment: a technically strong and confident operational HR Business Partner with a good understanding of working with unions. They want an experienced, measured and positive individual who can work confidently to challenge and coach leaders.
Sector experience is important for this role and so experience working in either manufacturing or FMCG within a unionised environment is essential.
In terms of technical HR knowledge, you are already a Senior HR advisor or junior Business Partner with some experience of working in large complex unionised blue-chip organisations where your HR expertise has contributed to its success and smooth running. This role will also be responsible for helping deliver a number of large projects and so any experience within organisational change and HR projects would be advantageous.
