Badenoch & Clark is working in partnership with an expansive and sought after client based out of Redhill towards the appointment of an L&D Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with a background within L&D to apply their expertise across all tiers of the business within a company that places an enormous amount of credence on their HR function. Due to the nature of the role the suitable candidate will have demonstrable prior experience within a similar function.
Reporting into the HR Director, the L&D Manager will be responsible for providing crucial support to the business by taking accountability for the continual development of staff, optimising and utilising exemplary training processes in order to do so. The company is also implementing a new LMS and as such the ideal applicant will have previous exposure to this.
Key Accountabilities:
*Continually improve training programmes ensuring the optimisation of employee growth and development.
*Ensuring that the aims and objectives of the new LMS implementation are met by explicating queries and further details to employees and managers as required.
*Ensure the provision of information for workers across various levels of the business have full comprehension of their long term objectives and how they should bring them to fruition.
*Spearhead the roll out of new initiatives as part of the wider learning and development team.
*Contribute to the administration, quality control and design of learning management system content.
*Ensure the accuracy, integrity, punctuality and relevance of all training content.

Essentials
*Experience of creating and rolling out new training content for example soft skills, compliance and Health & Safety..
*Experience of delivering eLearning and distance learning ideally across multi sites.
*Must have prior exposure to a Learning Management System.
*Exemplary communicative capacity as you will be conveying pivotal information to both white and blue collar workers.
*Proficient knowledge and practical application of MS Office.
*Ideally hold a professional HR qualification ( CIPD 7 or equivalent).
