Senior HR Advisor
The ideal candidate must have experience of a manufacturing or retail environment alongside sound knowledge of managing change and cultural trans-formation. You will also have sound experience of implementing teambuilding programmes and excellent experience of managing employee relations, workers conditions and employment law. You will have good experience of working with and influencing senior managers as well as strong project management skills. We also require an individual who is commercially astute and able to link people strategies with financial performance and knowledge of handling Health & Safety issues.
