HR Business Partner
A Successful, niche Financial Services Group is looking for a strong strategy and operational HR Business Partner for a role based in their London Head Office.
This is a new role created through the merger of 2 smaller business units.
You will have responsibility for providing broad HR support to functional directors on all aspects of HR delivery - particularly talent development, engagement and people management activities. Other key accountabilities will include:
Business partnership, acting as a strong and challenging partner to ensure effective delivery of the HR agenda.
Providing coaching and direction on all people management and development for all line managers within the functions.
Proactive recruitment, planning for long term recruitment requirements, building strong partnerships with external recruiters and the building of an ongoing external talent pipeline, in close
Co-ordinating Talent and Succession needs analysis and plans for the respective functions in line with Talent curriculum.
Champion of employee engagement, partnering with the HR Director and the leadership team to assess and develop effective plans to drive employee engagement. Planning and managing engagement surveys - both formal and ad-hoc, running employee focus groups and preparing communication on engagement status to the organisation.
The successful candidate will be an existing HRBP from a financial service, change and development focused organisation. Fast paced, operationally minded you will be able to challenge and push back within a tough stakeholder group. This is a strong global brand.
You will be outgoing and demonstrate a dynamic personality with a high level of energy and drive. In addition you will display an ability to think and act independently whilst showing tenacity and resilience.
