Benefits and Pensions Manager
A superb opportunity has arisen with a professional services firm to become the EMEA Benefits and Pensions Manager. This fantastic role will be responsible for the entire Benefits Suite across the jurisdiction and will report in to a Senior HR Business Partner, with exposure to senior members of the business inclusive of the COO.
In this stand-alone position you will be a senior, pragmatic and entrepreneurial benefits practioner, with strong relationship building skills and the ability to be resilient in an ever-changing environment. You must be technically competent, particularly using excel, and have had experience matrix managing a number of vendors in different countries.
Ideally you will have a strong pensions background, particularly well versed in recent legislation changes, and be able to effective communicate often complex and time-consuming matters in simplistic and engaging ways. You will be able to work alone, often to tight deadlines, whilst liaising with the wider HR community and business, and be able to engineer design and enhance process in benefits delivery to the business.
