HR Manager - Stevenage - £55-65,000 plus benefits
Excellent opportunity for a forward thinking HR Manager/Business Partner to join this commercial organisation. You will report into the Head of HR and lead both strategic and operational aspects of HR.
You will be involved in the following:-
- Provide HR guidance
- Deliver the business plan objectives
- Work alongside the senior leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, coach and support managers
- Day to day interaction with the business
- Accountable fore ensuring HR initiatives are delivered
- Change Management
You will need the following experience:-
- CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Employment Law
- Strong consultancy problem solving, coaching and facilitation skills
- Credible with senior leaders
- Good understanding of Organisational Design and Development
- Strong Change Management
