My client, a global communications business are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their newly created People team. Supporting them across a full generalist remit, you will gain fantastic exposure for a leading brand. This is the perfect opportunity to kick start your career in HR.

You will work closely with all the agencies and business units across the organisation, getting involved in both people related activities and project work. This is an extremely fluid and changing environment, so they need someone who can be agile, calm and collective.

Duties will include:

Supporting the people team - deliver the UK People plan, coordinate activities and be a central source

Talent Acquisition - offer administration, running reference checks, manage 'live' roles on job boards and assist with direct recruitment

Reporting and finance - assist with raising purchase orders, gather data on employee metrics

Benefits - get involved in monthly salary payments process and be the go-to person for benefits queries

Learning and Development - support with the setup, coordination and running of training programmes, keep track of their annual performance management process

Process and project management - input data into core HR Information System, responsible for aspects of employment eligibility checks
