Part time HR Advisor
A part time generalist position, responsible for the day-to-day overseeing of the HR department for a professional membership association based in Central London.

The part time HR Advisor will:
be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
oversee and coordinate recruitment
carry out onboarding and inductions for new starters
maintain employee records including attendance according to policy and legal requirements
administer payroll, pensions and benefits
- advise on policy and procedures
- maintain and update HRIS
The part time HR Advisor will need to have worked in a generalist role carrying out the variety of duties listed above.
You will need to be autonomous and self-sufficient in managing your daily tasks.
You should have good customer service skills and have good knowledge of HR best practice to advise on HR policy and procedure.
The part time HR Advisor will receive a salary of between £27,000 and £30,000 dependent on experience along with a good benefits package.
