An exciting opportunity has become available at a global health-care PR agency. Based in Berkshire, this role will be a standalone HR manager, needed on an FTC basis.

The ideal candidate will play an important role in providing support across the whole business in a range of projects and activities.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Enhance employee value proposition

Implementing and developing processes and procedures

Delivering the people plan across the business

Coordinating activities and projects

Support on talent management initiatives

Working closely with stakeholders to effectively communicate and deliver initiatives

Working closely with global offices to ensure UK is updated with any global projects

Coaching and managing line so to ensure effective people management

Management of ER issues

Involved in the monthly payroll process

Working with HR to ensure benefits package is competitive

Drive performance and career development

Partner with recruitment when required

Required skills/experience:

Previous HR management experience

International experience

Understanding of media/creative environment

Ability to travel

Solutions orientated

Ability to work in a standalone capacity

As this role is an FTC, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
