This International Bank in central London requires an experienced Executive Reward Manager.

Key accountabilities:

*Accountable for implementing the executive pay and bonus process
*Co-ordinate all regulatory submissions
*Provides technical reward expertise to designated business areas such as Retail Banking, Central Control Functions or Global divisions
*Support the Senior Manager and Head of Reward as required in managing all aspects of the pay, benefits and regulatory proposition for the Bank's executive population
*Development and writing of Reward policy
*Responsible for the drafting of Reward papers to delegated Committees of the UK Board, such as the Remuneration Committee, the Executive Committee and the Policy and Remuneration Committee
*Management of cost modelling, budgetary projections, market benchmarking, policy writing and creating training materials for HRBPs and Line Managers
*Responsible for the implementation and communication of all employee and executive share plan arrangements

Essential skills & experience:

*Design reward solutions for a specific business area
*Evaluate and market benchmark
*Plan and execute a pay and bonus review-
*Knowledge of international assignments, tax, pensions, share schemes
*Ability to run an employee share scheme arrangement (e.g sharesave or LTIP maturity)
*Manage benefits such as PMI and/or a Car Fleet
*Understanding of risk controls and tools and sox methodologies
*Ability to write reward policy, guidance
*Financial Services
