Your new role
Working as part of a small HR team you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective HR service for employees across the business. Your new role will involve supporting any employee relations issues that may arise; including absence management and time and attendance. Within a forward thinking HR team you will be involved in HR projects running across the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified and have excellent employment law knowledge. You will have a background in the private sector and enjoy working in fast paced organisations. You will be resilient and an excellent communicator experience with unions would be desirable
