Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this newly created role of HR Business Partner role will have HR responsibility for supporting key functional areas with a sales, marketing and commercial focus across the South East of the UK. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating strong client and stakeholder relationships to deliver HR hands-on support, and to implement, consolidate and embed new policy and systems across the business in response to growth and change.

This is a true operational and hands-on role and it could suit someone who is stepping up into their first HR Business Partner remit - we're looking for someone with the ambition and ability to grow their career and who is tenacious and committed to achieve the best outcomes.

We know that HR is a transferable functional specialism across sectors, however, candidates with a track record in businesses with a technology, customer service and sales focus will be most suited to this organisation and internal client group. Experience of working in organisations which are going through growth (particularly through acquisition) would also be advantageous.
