HR Admin role for 3 - 6 months based in Newcastle.
Being the first point of contact and providing support for all in a timely and accurate manner.
Running standard reports ensuring they are accurate and meet the clients request.
Liaising with the wider team on daily and weekly calls, updating the Team Leader/Senior as appropriate and escalating issues.
Effectively managing inboxes and ensuring all tasks are completed within the SLA.
Supporting the delivery of a HR Administration service which may include processing:
Other general HR Administration tasks within the scope of services for our clients
Updating and maintaining quality data in various client databases.
Ensuring that activities of the team are accurately documented in administration guides and flowcharts.
The successful candidate will be immediately available to start and will have experience in a similar HR Admin role.
