Payroll Assistant Manager
Oakleaf are proud to be partnering with a leading chartered accounts based in Central London, who are looking for a Payroll Assistant Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Payroll Manager / Director, your main responsibilities will include but no limited to:
-Managing a high-volume client portfolio on a weekly, monthly and annual basis-Processing start to finish Payroll-Answering any questions or queries from the client via telephone and email-Processing / answering questions regarding Tax Credits, maternity and paternity pay, sick pay, holiday pay-Manual calculations, starter and leaver calculations etc-There will be some project work due to a migration of systems
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
-Must have chartered accountancy / bureau experience-Ability to liaise effectively with the clients-Be able to manage lots of high volume manual calculations
