Nottingham College is a £90million hub of skills, training and education and has been formed as a result of the city’s two existing FE colleges coming together in June 2017. We need an experienced and self-motivated Head of HR with effective leadership skills to lead us through the development and implementation of the College HR strategy, and plan the HR systems, processes and policies with a strong focus on employee relations.

You will be a self-starter and highly competent practitioner who can lead on complex HR matters. A strong communicator with a collaborative style, you will have the experience of building strong and effective relationships to deliver an outstanding HR service that meets customers’ needs.
