Head of Pensions and Benefits
I am delighted to be the retained search partner for multinational organisation of c. 100,000 employees in nearly 100 countries, headquartered in Zurich looking for a Global Head of Pensions and Benefits.
Reporting to the Global Head of Reward you will have responsibility for the design and development of new and existing Group pensions and benefits programs and lading a team of significant size located throughout the globe.
The key challenges of the position lie in the ability to maintain a high level of technical expertise whilst supporting the regional businesses, addressing the requirements of Group ExCo and the Nomination, Compensation and Governance Committees.
The successful candidate will be degree educated, with deep specialist knowledge of international pensions and benefits, particularly with respect to UK DB schemes as a significant part of this role involves representing the group to the UK Pension Trustee Board, supporting the development of de-risking strategies and running the admin team who are based in the UK. They will also require experience f working with wide range of other corporate functions at the most senior level in multinational environments.
Extensive knowledge of the principles of remuneration, financial expertise, and project management with the proven ability to think strategically, operate tactically and effectively in a matrix environment is vital to the success of this role.
