Interim HR Project Manager
I am currently supporting a well-known client based in Guildford who are recruiting an experienced HR Project Manager for a period of 6 months to support the business during the mobilisation phase of a company-wide change programme.
Working closely with key stakeholders you will enable, facilitate and motivate project members and stakeholders to deliver key milestones of the People Plan. You will track and report project delivery and progress, and hold all project members to account for their areas of delivery.
The successful candidate will be available to commence work at short notice and possess previous project management experience within a HR environment. Strong communication, analytical and reporting skills are essential, as is the capability to coach project members in sound project discipline.
This role will also entail weekly travel to their other UK sites so flexibility is required, my client may also look at a 3 or 4 day working week for the right candidate.
