We are excited to be able to bring the market an exciting new role for a HR Manager to establish a newly created HR function working across 2 sites. supporting a headcount of circa 150 employees you will play a key role as part of the management team in designing and developing an efficient and effective HR function across these sites.
The ideal candidate will be an up and coming HR Manager looking for their next role to make their mark. This role offers an outstanding g opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to implement a HR function from scratch and that can bring with them both hands on operational skills as well as the seniority to establish credible senior relationships that are needed to embed a positive HR culture.
You must be an experienced HR Generalist who has experience of working either in a standalone role or a small hr team previously. You will also ideally have experience of working within the hospitality or retail sector and be comfortable with managing the full spectrum of HR from Admin through to management.
