This is an incredible opportunity and we are looking for the brightest and best in learning and development and capability development consulting to join this great business. We won’t spoil the fun by telling you who they are just yet but needless to say, we think that they are a bit special.
What will you be up to?
This is a consultancy role that will be both varied and interesting. You will support clients from the pharma, biotech and med-tech industries with a range of projects that could focus on anything from capability framework development to building career pathways, L&D, engagement or change.
The business has some very special clients and they are on an exciting growth curve. They focus primarily on providing high quality advice and tactical support and not outsourcing so your focus will be accurately assessing the needs of the clients and applying your experience to support them with a raft of capability building and change/engagement initiatives.
There is no focus on business development with this role but they may look to develop this with you in future. The emphasis of this role is on delivery and you will be given great clients to partner and support.
Who are we after?
Ideally you will have experience of building capability from a people/change perspective. We are looking for someone that has been exposed to the pharmaceutical industry and can approach this sector with credibility - you must have exposure to this sector. Most important is that you are a client facing individual with a structured approach to thinking. You have great consulting skills and are an effective communicator both in writing and in person.
This might suit someone that has had a strong track record of working within L&D within the pharma or biotech industries. If you have worked for a consultancy and come with a consulting toolkit then that might prove useful but it is not essential.
We want someone who is ambitious but who also focuses on the people around them. This is a business with very strong values and they don’t want people to burn out. You will work hard but you will also be supported by those working alongside you.
