My client is a growing retail organisation with operations across EMEA


As a HR Project Manager, you will be tasked with shaping your own HR function with the support of the wider business.

  • Partner with the leadership team to align the processes to the wider business in areas such as employee relations, reward, performance management, L&D and resourcing
  • Integrate policy and set up the administration processes
  • Review all current HR IT systems
  • Coaching and advising managers
  • Ensure all HR policies and processes are fit for purpose and aligned to the wider group


In order to be successful in this role you will ideally:

  • Have strong hands-on generalist experience
  • Previous experience in a standalone capacity
  • Experience within a retail environment or similar
  • Have lead on multiple HR projects as a generalist or dedicated project role
  • Experience of IT systems, performance management, coaching and reward
  • CIPD or relevant qualification
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities
  • Creative approach to HR
