Senior HR Business Partner
My Bristol based client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with the MD and Senior Leadership team to shape the People Agenda and execute the Business strategy. Reporting directly to the MD, this role will overarch an existing HR team and act as the Head of HR.
The ideal candidate will have experience gained within FM, mechanical or electrical engineering, or an industry sector that is closely aligned. You will be able to clearly evidence working with senior stakeholders to ensure HR policies, processes and procedures are fit for purpose, and you will have experience of TUPE, leadership development, coaching, training and development, succession planning and performance, talent management and organisational capability.
Able to work in both a strategic and operational capacity, you will support all Head office functions and diverse workforce (c.2,000) that is geographically spread throughout the UK. With experience of working in a similar HR Business Partnering position at a senior level, you will be able to build partnerships at all levels, coach and influence senior management, and demonstrate strong knowledge of UK legislation and HR best practice.
