Are you an experienced recruiter from a logistics background who is available for a 3 month fixed term contract in Milton Keynes (travel required across the UK).....Superb opportunity for an experienced in-house/RPO or agency recruiter to deliver tactical solutions to the business.
You will develop appropriate attraction strategies to source 'best in class' candidates, design appropriate selection methods to assess and continually review and analyse data working in collaboration with other HR specialists.
Reporting into the Recruitment Manager you will oversee all volume recruitment activity across a defined area of the business, managing the candidate journey through the entire recruitment process, from point of application up to offer stage. Key responsivities; * Ensuring job requisitions are correctly raised and authorised * Conducting full job briefings with line managers * Writing job adverts * Working with marketing to create attractive and sucessful advertising campaigns * Organising and facilitating assessment centres * Providing interview coaching and training to line managers where needed * Providing candidates with constructive feedback * Making candidate offers and assisting in the production of offer letters * Creating talent pools and pipelines for future requirements * Building relationships with a range of hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the organisation * Producing recruitment MI and interpreting it to identify recruitment trends * Look to continuously improve the selection process, including creatively designing and implementing new assessment tools, materials and interview packs You must have experience recruiting a in a logistics / supply chain environment - excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential aswell as the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders with the confidence and conviction to make decisions.
