Regional HR Business Partner
My client is a national catering and hospitality business who is going through an exciting period of change and is looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join them. This Regional HR Business Partner role will cover the Home Counties and South Coast. This busy and varied role will support line managers in delivering generalist HR support and HR project work. This role would suit a confident HR Manager with a multi-site background who enjoys a fast paced, autonomous role who is comfortable building and maintaining strong relationships. Full generalist role will include:Supporting Area Managers with all aspects of succession planning, manpower planning and management recruitment to support the business's growth and expansion strategy.Working alongside L&D to run programmes and workshops.Taking on projects to support the business's strategic growth plans and supporting the business with change management.Maintaining high levels of HR visibility to encourage a supportive HR culture and approachability.
