A multinational technology company in Munich, Germany with an amazing brand is looking for a new recruiting business partner for a permanent contract.
- Work closely with agencies and retained/contingency search firms. Assess and measure effectiveness and ensure compliance with negotiated agreements.
- Work with potential candidates to evaluate their skill fit
- Working directly with senior stakeholders
- Create creative sourcing, selection and staffing plans that will allow the team to meet its ambitions hiring needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
- Work on the recruitment strategy for the sales division
- Business partner with the sales executives within the division
- Represent and market the brand efficiently and effectively to attract best talent
What we are looking for
- Someone with sales recruitment experience, ideally from an international matrix technology firm
- Confident leading a recruitment team in a fast growing environment
- Creative, strategic thinker who is a driver of teams and processes
- Ability to manage senior level stakeholders
- Confident to create hiring strategies for different teams
- Excellent communication skills. Business level English and German are desirable
