This role is within the HR department of a leading University which is one of the UK's leading research-intensive universities. Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to manage and provide senior support for HR policies and reward processes ensuring successful development, review, implementation and promotion of both operational and strategic matters. You will lead ,design and implement the reward policies, lead job evaluation and research and collate pay and reward data. There will also be the responsibility to ensure that the pay policy includes changes to pay scales.
In addition you will be responsible for the benefits scheme


What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified to level 7 you'll have excellent prioritisation and communication skills coupled with significant experience of managing an extensive range of strategic and operational policy and reward matters. In addition you will need to be an experienced role evaluator who is confident producing and manipulating management data to inform decisions. You will need extensive experience of policy design and implementation along with Reward policies and processes. A strong working knowledge of employment law and its application is essential for this post. Experience of the higher education sector is desirable although not essential.

Working in a semi rural environment close to Windsor and London, you'll be part of a wider HR team and work closely with both the Head of HR Operations and HR Director . This role also offers a generous annual leave entitlement of 27 days holiday + an additional 6 days to be used over Easter and Christmas
