A well regarded financial services organisation based in the City is looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Reward Manager, the Senior Reward Analyst plays a key role in the design and delivery of core compensation processes and products, as well as responsibilities relating to HR Information Systems, Management Information and other reporting. Other key responsibilities include:

Planning, delivery and communication of the annual salary review, bonus allocations, long term incentive plan and bonus deferral calculations globally.

Providing support to the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager and the senior HR team in developing reward policy and the design of remuneration schemes.

Researching best practice, the latest trends and providing expert advice and support on all matters relating to reward.

Becoming fully conversant with technical issues including local legislation, taxation, regulatory requirements and rules of schemes and pension plans.

Maintaining two legacy data streams, one via an HRIS System and the other from multiple excel based master sheets.

Acting as a key member in the project team for an HRIS implementation. You will be involved in the design of Reward workflows, UAT activities and data migration.

Providing direction to the Reward Analyst in respect of various reward and HR/MI activity and will contribute to their development in conjunction with the Reward Manager.

Responsibility for the timely production and analysis of accurate HR MI globally for Senior Management, Supervisory Boards, HR and other functional colleagues.

Key requirements:

Sound technical knowledge of reward processes.

Experience working within a global, financial services organisation would be preferred.

Experience dealing with large complex data sets via Excel.

Previous use of Macros both for formatting and manipulation of complex mail merges.

A high level of numeracy and keen eye for detail and process improvement is essential.

Experience of HRIS implementation would be useful, but is not a pre requisite.
