A national financial services organisation is looking for an HR Advisor on an initial 6 month fixed term basis. The role will support the Head of HR and HR Business Partner is taking ownership of HR transactional and advisor requirements.


  • Day to day support and advice to the business on HR policies and processes
  • Manage low level discilplinary and griveance issues
  • Coordinate lower level case work including flexible working requests, maternity/paternity, probation failures/extensions, benefit queries, etc
  • Administrative assistant to the HR team
  • Support the HR BP and HR Manager in running the yearly appraisal and salary review process
  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing, selection and interviewing
  • Report writing- headcount, flexible woking, restructures, performance
  • Deputise for the HR BP
  • Contribue to ad hoc projects


  • Similar HR Advisory experience
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Evidence of a commercial outlook as well as an employee focus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
