Superb opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a brand who are currently going through exciting changes and rapid growth. The role will be suitable for a strong senior HR Generalist who has previously managed a team and has a proven track record in delivering first class HR Operations.
The role of HR Manager will be to lead the team to deliver an effective and efficient HR service to their customers. Reporting the HR Director, the purpose of the role is to business partner the Operations Director and his leadership team, ensuring that the strategic people plan is delivered, alongside ensuring that day to day performance against our key people metrics is well managed and supported.
Key deliverables include:
* Building on their vision and values to continue to embed an employee brand and culture that drives accountability and ownership at all levels of the company and supports their strategic objective of a diverse and inclusive organisation.
* Advising, coaching, supporting and influencing senior managers in dealing effectively with ongoing operational, transformation and complex people issues.
* Implementing appropriate people plans to achieve strategic objectives, covering all aspects of HR and people activities including organisational design, resourcing, talent management, succession planning and talent pipeline, employee engagement and performance management.
The ideal candidate will be a fully CIPD qualified HR professional with the ability to contribute at an operational level and develop and implement people interventions. You will have experience of change programmes and a broad HR background. You will be able to demonstrate strong business acumen along with sound commercial understanding. HR management will be an area of passion and expertise for you and you will have developed programmes and delivered initiatives in your career history. You must have a strong customer ethos and ideally have experience in a customer facing operation.
