A global firm based in London is looking for a Benefits & Pensions Manager to join their HR function on a permanent basis.

Reporting into a Senior Manager within HR, the Benefits & Pensions Manager will be responsible for benefits across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with changing the landscape of benefits & pensions for the company. Key responsibilities:

Managing a Benefits Advisor who predominantly looks after UK Benefits.

Leading on the benefits & pensions strategy across EMEA.

Overseeing benefits renewals and responding to queries from employees.

Supporting the HRD and COO on compensation strategy, annual salary review and benchmarking projects.

Designing and managing benefits packages for expats.

Pensions governance and broader employee queries.

Key requirements:

Background in professional or financial services would be advantageous.

Proven benefits experience, including use of FlexBens systems, across both the UK and EMEA.

Pension governance knowledge.

Understanding of both UK and international pensions.

Ability to work in a managerial position acting as the most senior point of contact for pensions & benefits.
