Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next move to a company that you can really buy into? Better Placed HR are pleased to be working with a well established charity based in Wakefield to recruit an HR Advisor into their team on a temp to perm basis.
Reporting into the HR Manager, you will take on a true generalist role involving various aspects of HR. You will provide advice and support to Directors & Managers throughout the business and be a hub of knowledge for HR procedure including policies and guidelines for good practice. You will get involved with the development of effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they are fit for purpose and are supporting the strategic aims and direction of the business. A background in managing large caseloads of ER issues will benefit you significantly as this role will encompass significant Employee Relations work, supporting managers and directors with informal and formal meetings and providing advice throughout. You will deliver any relevant training to internal candidates and undertake project work as required.

You will currently be working at HR Advisor level and have experience across the breadth of HR, managing ER caseloads and providing support and advice across a business.
