Interim Reward Director
I am working with an impressive FTSE business in the retail sector who urgently require a Reward Specialist to join them on an interim basis for 3-6 months. Supporting the Senior VP for Reward you will be managing Executive compensation matters as well as supporting policy alongside the Director of Reward Operations.
This is a broad and rounded role and you will lead all development of Global Mobility, benefits, pension and share schemes whilst liaising globally with senior stakeholders. Alongside this you will be responsible for reward policy within the business.
The ideal candidate will be highly analytical with strong executive compensation experience whilst being highly commercial with experience (ideally) of working within a matrixed FTSE organisation.
