Superb opportunity for an experienced Communications Partner to ensure the people and partners that work for this leading edge business truly understand their story and their own roles in the businesses success. The business aims to develop and deliver communications that inform and engage their people, creating buy-in and helping them to become great advocates for the business.
The internal communications business partners play a key role in this by developing and delivering - and supporting managers to deliver - internal communications that inform, engage and enthuse their people.
You'll get close to the business areas that you will be partnering with, acting as a trusted advisor on internal communications matters and playing a key role in helping them to achieve their business objectives.
You'll be working with senior stakeholders in your areas and playing a key role in helping them to achieve their business objectives. You'll be joining the corporate internal communications team at an exciting time in its development. Suitable candidate's will be passionate, both about internal comms and its capacity to drive employee engagement and also about understanding customers and meeting their needs.
You will be a high-energy, creative person with at least three years' internal communications experience, great interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong working relationships and to influence at all levels. You will be working in a busy environment, with lots going on so you must be able to balance multiple projects at any one time. The business is developing it's digital communications channels so you'll have a real commitment to and interest in using these channels to get your messages across and engage people.
