Oakleaf are proud to be partnering a leading law firm based near Moorgate with easy access via public transport who is looking for a Sole Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join the business on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Managing the monthly start to finish payroll for 500 employees

Working closely and in collaboration with the HR Operations team

Manual calculations alongside systems when needed

Ensuring all day to day payroll tasks are completed in line with payroll processing timetable

and controls

Month end and year end process and reporting, including P11Ds and P60s

Auto-enrolment and pension management

Managing the administration for UK employee benefits which includes flexible benefits and employee portal

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Ideally worked within a similar sole role

Have worked within a law firm or professional services

Intermediate/advanced level of Excel

High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

Strong customer service skills
