Reward Consultancy - FS
A well-regarded consultancy firm based in London is looking for two individuals to join their Financial Services Reward practice. The Executive Compensation Consultant will work with clients to provide advice on a variety of matters including RemCo strategy, exec pay, incentive plan design and regulatory matters. It will be a role with extensive senior stakeholder exposure as you will partner with the firm's senior staff to implement comp strategies. The Reward in Funds Consultant will be joining a growing team that advise a range of UK and global funds on their reward strategies and structures. Due to the expansion of this team, there is room for fast career development and the opportunity to get involved in development programs where training will be given on technical and softer skills. Key requirements:Experience within exec comp, financial services reward, M&A or carried interest/ co-investment either in house, or from consultancyAmbitious and driven with the desire to join a growing, global consultancy organisationExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels (clients, partners and staff)An understanding of UK Compensation regulations would be desirable To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
