orking with a large, national and expanding Financial Services Client, Artis HR seek to engage with individuals looking for a broad and interesting role supporting the further development of our Clients HR MI, Systems, Compas and Bens support Function.
This is a very exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to enjoy a broad range of functional responsibilities supporting the growth of the HR Information Systems comps and bens Services Operations. You will enjoy managing small team of 3. You will have good Stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills, and previous exposure to establishing and achieving internal SLA's across the company.
Naturally you will be a strong communicator used to monthly MI reporting, be an inspiring leader, and an innovative thinker, someone who enjoys continuous improvement and development.
You will have strong technical abilities and a natural desire to interrogate information.Experience of Successfactors system would be advantageous but not essential.
