EMEA Compensation Manager – Regs Specialist
We are partnering with a Global Financial Services company on a EMEA Compensation Manager – Regulations Specialist. Reporting into and working closely with the new EMEA Head of Reward, you will be responsible for Reward Governance and Regulation and contributing to shaping the Reward strategy
The successful candidate will have strong experience as a regional/global cash compensation lead as well as having proven success in the management of projects. Excellent communication and organisational skills are required along with the ability to build strong relationships as a trusted partner.
