Interim EMEA Reward Manager (with view to go Permanent)
We are working with a Global Law Firm based in Central London on a 6 month EMEA Reward Manager contract, with the strong possibility to go permanent for the right individual. Reporting into the HR Director, this is a stand alone role looking after an EMEA population with support from the HR team.
The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background in a specialist Reward or Compensation capacity ideally from a partnership, professional services or financial services background. You will either be immediately available or on a short notice period; have gravitas to be Partner facing and completely comfortable in a stand alone capacity.
