Senior HR Manager - UK & Eire
My client, a hugely exciting and rapidly growing entrepreneurial start-up business is now seeking a truly exceptional HR professional to join their team.
As Senior HR Manager operating in this strategic and hands-on role, this is an incredible opportunity to work alongside the Regional HR Director and play a critical role in building all aspects of a full-service HR function from the ground up. As the face of HR for the UK and Eire population, in addition to developing and executing a wide range of people initiatives, providing great employee support and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement, you will also be a custodian and leader of organisational culture.
As a talented HR generalist, you will have previous experience of operating in a high growth, start-up environment where you will have created a range of HR processes and systems from scratch, geared to supporting rapid growth. Whether you are coaching managers through a wide range of people challenges, or gathering ideas and feedback to nurture the evolution of the people function, the positivity you naturally exude when actively engaged with employees at all levels, together with your unflappable nature and highly solutions focused approach will set you apart as the model of what great HR looks like. Naturally curious, passionate and positive, you'll be excited and highly motivated by all the challenges and opportunities that being in a "building" role within a successful and highly ambitious business entails.

A solid understanding and experience of all of the disciplines within HR, including Reward, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Systems, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Organisational Development
A passion for creating and driving innovative HR solutions and process improvement
A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
Experience that demonstrates continuous progression in your HR career to date
Proven experience at HR management level or beyond and of building HR policies/programs from scratch
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices for the UK and Eire
