A brilliant opportunity has arisen within a Consumer Goods business based in South-West London. Due to a transformation project, the client requires a recruitment advisor for a period of 3 months. In this role, the recruitment advisor will work closely with the HR business partners to provide recruitment support and advice to the business. Duties include but are not limited to: Provide a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment serviceEnsuring high performing and motivated talent is being attracted and retainedCoach stakeholders on the appropriate approach to fill each roleEnsure the company's recruitment policies and procedures are adhered toManage the PSL agency relationshipsDeliver all administrative aspects for recruitmentEnsure the recruitment tracker is kept up to date Skills/experience required: Previous recruitment coordination/advisory level experienceAbility to work within a fast-paced, commercial environmentSelf motivatedHighly organisedProactive, strategic approach to work As this is a contract role, you must be available immediately to apply.
