Senior Consultant, Leadership Strategy & Development
My London based client is a boutique Management Consultancy that focuses on People & Change: Talent Management, Assessment and Leadership Development. They are looking for Management Consultants with specific experience surrounding Leadership strategy and development and cultural/behavioural change.
Working at a Senior Consultant level these positions will involve working across industry with clients predominantly based in the UK, providing expertise in leadership strategy and development solutions at c-suite level. Core to this will involve coaching and workshops, working with clients across particular scenarios such as cultural change, M&A and restructuring, and combining psychological and behavioural insight with a thorough understanding of the clients' business needs and strategy.
You will possess previous experience of working within a client facing capacity as a Management Consultant and providing Leadership Development solutions, as well as experience of Talent Assessment/Management. As such you will likely possess a post-graduate qualification in Occupational Psychology and have worked within a Big 4, mid-market or boutique management consultancy. Strong commercial acumen combined with credibility/gravitas/impact in front of senior level executives to develop long term, high-level business relationships is key, as well as your ability to develop new business.
