Head of Reward
An entrepreneurial software tech firm is looking to hire a creative, high calibre Head of Reward to be responsible for all reward programmes globally including cash, equity and benefit plans.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you'll take a leadership role and use your in-depth technical knowledge to build and shape a sophisticated reward philosophy and framework focusing on leading change in performance reward.
You will have responsibility for the strategic design of a global reward policy and framework, anticipating future business strategy and responding to change management, growth and new market entry. You will also manage the annual performance management and compensation cycle globally. Key challenges include the harmonisation of compensation globally following change of target operating model, consolidation and remodelling of sales incentive plans and the improvement of health and wellbeing initiatives.
The critical nature of this role means that you will offer a proven track record leading global, EMEA or European reward within a matrix organisation. You will have sound technical skills and discipline and a proven hands on background. You'll also be a change agent and have the experience of strategically building frameworks and process, driving change through reward and recognition activities and have the ability to influence at a c-suite level.
