A leading international law firm based in the city are currently recruiting for a Graduate Recruiment Advisor to join their supportive team. Working alongside the Graduate Recruitment Manager this role will attract and recruit top quality graduates into the firm to ensure its continuing sucess.

Key Duties:

  • Work with target university to plan campus activities
  • Oversee the training contract interview process including; keeping in touch with candidates with outstanding offers, updating relevant internal materials, dealing with queries from the administrators and assistants

  • Management of recruitment events, including the full end-to-end process

  • Represent the firm on campus at university law fairs and at other recruitment events as required

  • Work on new diversity initiatives

  • Support and manage on several Grad Rec focused projects

  • Conduct short HR interviews as part of the trainee solicitor assessment process

  • Review applications as a first filter for the recruitment partners

  • Day-to-day management of the administrators' workload

  • Report writing

Requirements:

  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Professional services exposure a benefit, ideally within law
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Experience in managing high volumes of processes
  • Project management experience
  • Computer literate - good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, BrassRing Excel reporting
